Changing an Order

Item Returns Policy

   • You are responsible for arranging a suitable freight carrier for prepaid return shipping to the Calgary, AB Clearance warehouse. Returns sent collect or from outside of Canada will not be accepted.
8. Items from Distributors/Manufacturers:
   • Items shipped directly from our distributors or manufacturers may only be returned following their specific return policies. We will assist you in navigating this process as policies and restocking fees vary.

For defective and/or DOA items, we will put you in contact with the distributor or manufacturer. They will advise you based on their policies accordingly.
