How to Initiate a Return
To begin a return or exchange, please contact our Customer Service team at info@thefedepot.com to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number. This number is required for all returns to be accepted and processed.
Return Terms & Conditions
To qualify for a refund or exchange:

Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase.

Products must not show signs of use, abuse, or modification—including dirt, cracks, dents, scratches, or missing components.

Items not meeting these conditions may be returned to you or be subject to a restocking/administrative fee.

Returns on commercial food equipment may also incur manufacturer restocking fees, which are outside our control. We will confirm the supplier’s return policy before approval.

Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
Return Process: Step-by-Step

Email us at info@thefedepot.com to request an RA number.

Clearly label the RA number on all returned packages.

Include a copy of your invoice and a brief note explaining the reason for the return.

Ship prepaid using your preferred carrier (no COD or freight collect). We recommend insuring your return for its full value.

Processing time: Allow 10–14 business days for returns to be reviewed and credited.

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. For major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Amex), it may take 2–10 business days to appear on your statement.

In-Person Returns to FED Clearance Warehouse
Returns of regularly stocked items that are unused and in original packaging are accepted at our Clearance Warehouse within 30 days of purchase.
