Arctic Air’s standard depth ref. prep tables are designed to bring you real, commercial-grade performance at a truly incredible value. All Arctic Air commercial prep tables are tested to NSF 7 levels and must pass numerous quality control inspections throughout the manufacturing process.

The exterior of our ref. prep table models are beautifully designed in a smooth stainless-steel finish for a professional look that you would find hard to limit in any commercial application. More importantly, our products have many features that are desired in today’s commercial foodservice market. Features that include an inner door liner that is constructed of a hi-impact ABS polymer with an irregular shaped surface along with a vaulted design that extends beyond the door opening when shut. This door liner allows the end user lower compressor run times over the life of the unit due to its irregular surface working in conjunction with the vaulted door liner, other features include hi-grade stainless steel floor with coved corners, high output yet electrically efficient fan motors, effective “cool air over” pan-well design assures the end user that the exposed pan well will stay within the legal temp. limits for safety when installed properly, electronic micro-processing digital temperature control with external digital display, bottom mounted compressor along with a front accessible bottom mounted condensing unit for easy maintenance/cleaning/servicing.

Unit also comes standard with (1) epoxy coated/adjustable shelves per door section, 1/6th size, 6” deep Lexan pans, casters (2) locking, doors are self-closing. Magnetic door gaskets are removable without tools.
