The belt-driven slicer maintains a large distance between the blade and motor housing to make cleaning the unit an easy process. Its simple design allows for the quick disassembly of the machine’s parts. The slicer features enclosed machine housing without edges or corners. The housing is constructed with a base plate to help ensure the stability of the machine. With a sturdy carriage, non-slip rubber feet, and a space-saving design, this slicer is ideal for snack bars, charcuterie, catering outlets, fast-food kitchens, and other tight spaces.
