SPECIFICATIONS

The S 111 PLUS-1 is a Julienne Strip Cutter Power Drive Base Unit (Tenderizer) from Bizerba. This product is designed to provide strip cutting, tenderizing, and knitting in a single device. The unit provides all-round protection and easy handling. It is designed to move food directly into a tray or other container. There is a clear protective cover with a large feedout area.

The housing is constructed of anodized aluminum. The cutting sets can be easily removed for cleaning. No tools are required for removal, and even the blade interspaces can be cleaned. The S111 PLUS-1 is compact and tilt-proof. It works well with both meat and produce. The unit runs on 4.6 amps and 620 watts, with electrical specs of 115v/60/1ph.
