The 1/4 HP compressor is located on the rear for easy maintenance access while the evaporator is coated with electrodeposition for improved performance and durability. It has a rounded corner design that adds to the sleek look but also decreases risks of injury.
The Blue Air BLPT72-HC Sandwich Prep Table comes with two rows of 18, 1/6 size food pans at 4″ deep, but this unit can accommodate 6″ deep pans so you can refrigerate more in the same space. Pull down the insulated pan cover with a stainless steel divider over the food items to protect from spoilage.
With a 9 1/2” deep cutting board that provides a sturdy 1/2” thick work surface directly next to your ingredients, sandwich prep is more streamlined than ever! The side rail cutting board bracket makes it easy to put it away after use.
Underneath, the Blue Air BLPT72- Sandwich Prep Table has a 20.2 cu.ft. storage area hidden beneath three (3) solid doors where you can store reserve more supply so you never run out of ingredients. The epoxy-coated wire shelf is sturdy and adjustable to support bulkier items. The all-metal doors self-close for safe and convenient restocking and retrieval while the durable, easy-to-replace gaskets form a tight seal. The interior is kept at a temperature range of 33-39°F. An R-290 refrigerant not only keeps your operation environment-friendly, but it increases the energy efficiency of the unit by 25% compared to HFC! An innovative hot gas frame heating system decreases condensation for energy-efficient cooling.
