This is a brand-new, unused single commercial gas convection oven with a few minor scratches from freight damage. The Atosa ATCO-513NB model is easy to clean. Double-pane thermal tempered glass on its 50/50 dependent doors ensures effective insulation. Five regular full-size baking pans (18″ x 26″) fit in this oven from left to right. It has a temperature range of 150°F to 500°F and a Cook ‘n’ Hold feature. It is equipped with a solid-state digital controller. Standard interior oven lights illuminate the interior. It features an adjustable cool-down mode and a two-speed fan with a capacity of 46,000 BTU per oven. A 13-position rack guide with five nickel-plated oven racks offers a variety of cooking options.
