This 54″ long two-door reach-in unit is engineered to perform in a busy commercial kitchen! The interior and exterior of this model are constructed with durable stainless steel that won’t easily rust, dent, or scratch. The heavy-duty doors are all-metal and are covered with a lifetime guarantee! The evaporator is electrodeposition-coated to maintain excellent heat transfer rates and guard against potential corrosion.

The Blue Air BSF49-HC Freezer provides your kitchen with 49 cubic ft. of cold storage space. Stack everything neatly on eight adjustable epoxy-coated wire shelves. With a depth of 32 3/8″, it can comfortably fit a bun sheet pans. LED interior lighting illuminates the products for maximum visibility.

This reach-in freezer has a bottom-mounted compressor with 1/2 horsepower that operates in the coldest part of your kitchen. This design gives the lowest shelf a height boost so that everything is easy to clean and reachable without users having to bend down.

Doors are lockable and are self-closing to withstand frequent opening and closing, but they also stay open when swung all the way for easy restocking. A visual and audible alarm is activated when the doors are left open for too long. When you need to transport or move it for cleaning, this unit is equipped with four (4) 4″ diamater swivel casters with two (2) front brakes.

Air guard on the rear wall gives you plenty of air circulation to maintain the cold environment your frozen foods need. Durable gaskets with easy replacement ensure a tight seal. A condensation pan is installed on the back complete with an innovative hot gas frame heating system to increase ventilation.

The Blue Air BSF49-HC Freezer gets the job done with lower energy consumption and environment-friendly features! It is insulated with cyclopentane and uses an R-290 refrigerant, which not only has low ozone depletion potential but is also 25% more efficient than HFC refrigerants.

For intuitive operation, the Blue Air BSF49-HC Freezer has a self-diagnostic digital temperature control and monitor system that allows you to check and set temperature and trigger automatic evaporator fan motor delay.

With a self-contained refrigeration system, this unit can be used immediately with very minimal setup!

The Blue Air BSR49-HC Refrigerator is an Energy Star model with cETLus and ETL-Sanitation certifications for guaranteed performance and safe use. This unit is rated at 6.6 amps and is used with 115v/60/1-ph and NEMA 5-15P plugging. Additional features include 6″ adjustable legs, additional shelves, and 2.5″ diameter casters.
