The fan in the convection system draws smoke from the firebox and circulates it all throughout the smoker cooking cabinet to maximize both smoke output and heat efficiency. This smoker is crafted entirely from sturdy stainless steel, ensuring easy cleaning, durability, and longevity of use. The SC-300 comes standard with 20 rack slides with 1 1/2″ spacing, and (5) 18″ x 26″ chrome plated product racks. Power cord sold separately.
